Los Angeles FC will look to build on their recent home win over New York City when they welcome Austin FC to BMO Stadium. LAFC are a real force at home ground, and with their attacking potential, they will aim for another three points. However, they have some defensive concerns, with Lorenzo Dellavalle sidelined, while both Elias Holm and Maxime Chanot remain doubtful.
Austin FC, on the other hand, have struggled in recent weeks, suffering back-to-back defeats against Portland and Colorado. Their defence has been shaky, and the absence of key defender Julio Cascante only adds to their woes. Los Verdes have also been unconvincing in attack, which raises doubts about their ability to trouble the hosts. Given LAFC’s strong home form and Austin’s struggles on the road, a home win seems the most likely outcome.
