Our prediction for this MLS match:
Minnesota United will look to build on back-to-back wins over Austin and Portland Timbers when they take on San Jose Earthquakes at their Allianz Field. The Loons have been impressive at the back of late, with the team eyeing their third consecutive clean sheet in the Major League Soccer. Ike Opara should be the only absentee in the home team.
San Jose, on the other hand, experienced all sorts of problems at the back in back-to-back defeats to Orlando City (0-5) and LA Galaxy (1-3), which is probably the main reason why there is a big value in betting on Minnesota. Teenager Cade Cowell, who scored his third goal of the season at the weekend, is pushing for a start for the visiting team. Anyhow, we predict that the Loons will take advantage of San Jose’s shaky defence.
Highlighted Player (Romain Métanire):
Born in Metz, France on March 28. 1990, Romain Metanire is a defender, who plays for Minnesota United in the Major League Soccer. Metanire started his senior career at Metz and after playing for the likes of Kortrijk and Reims, he moved to United States of America.

Romain Metanire helped Reims secure automatic promotion to the Ligue 1 in the 2017/2018 season. Reims clinched top position in the Ligue 2 in style, 15 points clear Nimes, but the following season Metanire made only five appearances in the French elite division.
Highlighted Team (San Jose Earthquakes):
San Jose Earthquakes are members of the Western Conference of Major League Soccer. The Quakes have been participating in the league since 1996 and they won their first MLS Cup trophy in 2001. Back then San Jose outplayed star-studded Los Angeles Galaxy in the title game, but it has to be noted that they scored the winner in the extra time.
Two years later the Quakes managed to repeat the success, with the team beating Chicago Fire in the 2003 MLS Cup final. Avaya Stadium is the home ground of San Jose Earthquakes and the capacity of the venue is 18.000. The construction of the stadium cost no less than $100 million and the venue was opened in March, 2015. The club’s home colors are blue and black, whilst the Quakes wear white and red shirts and white shorts when playing on the travels.
Chris Wondolowski is the club’s biggest star and he has been playing for San Jose Earthquakes since 2009. The USA ace has 121 league goals on his account ahead of the start of the 2017 season.
