Columbus Crew
New York Red Bulls will be aiming to make amends for a 1-0 loss to Minnesota United when they face Columbus Crew on Sunday evening. The Metros are eyeing their third win of the season, but this game will be anything but a walk in the park for the home side. All Cameron Harper, Casseres, Wikelman Carmona, and Andres Reyes should all miss out with injuries for the home team.
Columbus, on the other hand, did well to beat Toronto at the weekend to keep their 100% record at home intact. The Crew, though, often struggle on the travels, which is probably the main reason why we are going to put our money on the home team. The likes of Josh Williams, Jake Morris, and Kevin Molino are out of contention through injuries for the away side.

Daniel Royer is an Austrian winger who was born in Schladming on May 22, 1990. After starting his youth career at local club Schladming, Royer moved to Sturm Graz in 2004. Five years later the 175-cm-tall footballer began his senior career at Pashing and after scoring 6 goals in 25 appearances for the club, he moved to Ried.
Daniel Royer played for the likes of Hannover, Koln, Austria Wien and Midtjylland as well before joining New York Red Bulls in 2016. In the 2017 MLS season the Austria international established himself as a first-team regular, scoring no less than 12 goals in the process.
Speaking of his international career, Royer made his Austria debut on June 3, 2011, replacing Martin Harnik in the EURO 2012 qualifier against Germany. Daniel Royer’s main position is left winger, but is used as a right winger as well. It has to be noted that the Austria international doesn’t have a preferred foot.

Columbus Crew are an American soccer club based in Columbus, Ohio. The Black & Gold participate in the Eastern Conference and in 2008 they won both the conference and the MLS CUP final. Columbus Crew defeated New York Red Bulls in the MLS Cup final, with the likes of Moreno, Marshall and Hejduk scoring for the Black & Gold in the title game.
The club welcome their rivals at Mapfre Stadium, the venue which was opened on May, 15 1999. The current capacity of the stadium is 19.968 and it has to be noted that Mapfre Stadium is the first soccer-specific venue ever built for a MLS club.
A number of high-profile players were part of Columbus Crew in the past, but Guillermo Barros Schelotto is the most famous footballer that wore the black and yellow shirt. Schelotto played for Columbus Crew from 2007 to 2010 and during his spell with the Mapfre Stadium outfit the Black & Gold won the aforementioned MLS Cup.
