Ajax
Ajax will be looking to record their fifth consecutive win over NEC in Eredivisie when the two teams face each other at Gofferstadion on Matchday 15. The Amsterdammers are only three points behind league leaders Feyenoord in the standings, and we are positive that the title holders will stick to their attacking style of play. A man to watch in the away team will be Manchester United target Brian Brobbey, who is likely to prove a handful for the opposition back-line, whereas defender Ahmetcan Kaplan remains on the sidelines with a knee injury.
The hosts, on the other hand, impressed in a 6-1 win over RKC before the World Cup break, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry against Ajax. Since NEC suit Alfred Schreuder’s troops, we predict that the “Old Lady” will emerge triumphant in Sunday’s showdown. Mathias De Wolf is rated doubtful for the hosts.

Steven Bergwijn made his Netherlands debut on October 12, 2018 in a 3-0 win over Germany. His main position is left winger, but he is used as both right winger and centre-forward as well.
His preferred foot is right and it has to be noted that his parents are of Suriname descent, he has a dual citizenship. Bergwijn scored 14 goals in 33 appearances for PSV in the 2018/2019 Eredivisie season.
