Our prediction for this Norway Eliteserien match:
Molde will be aiming to rejoin the title race when they host Odd to their Aker Stadion on Wednesday evening. Erling Moe’s troops failed to win the previous three league fixtures, but the bookies still see them as favourites to beat Odd on home soil. Defender Benjamin Hansen is banned for the midweek clash following his sending off in a 4-3 loss to Viking, while all Ellingsen, Fofana, Haraldseid, Sigurdarson, and Sinyan remain in the recovery room.
The visitors, on the other hand, aim to make amends for back-to-back losses to Aalesund and Sarpsborg 08. Defender Steffen Hagen serves a one-game ban, but he should be the only absentee in the away team. Anyhow, home win should be considered as Molde will not have a better chance than this to return to winning ways in the Norwegian top flight. In their last meeting in the Eliteserien Molde outplayed Odd 3-1.
