Portimonense
Estadio Nacional do Jamor will host Saturday’s Primeira Liga game between Belenenses and Portimonense, the two teams who are desperate to return to winning ways. O Belem are stuck at the bottom, with the team eyeing their first league win since February 13, 2022. The rock-bottom side are eager to keep their survival hopes alive, and they are likely to leave their hearts on the field. Defender Nilton is sidelined with injury, but he should be the only absentee in the home team.
O Portimao, on the other hand, are on a three-match losing run in the Portuguese top flight. Portimonense, though, are stuck in the middle of the table, which is probably the main reason why home win should be considered. As for the visiting side, forward Ricardo Matos misses out with injury, but Paulo Sergio has no other selection worries.

After spending his youth career at the likes of Buarcos, Naval, Benfica, and Academica, Pedro Nuno continued playing for the Briosa at the senior level. Pedro Nuno scored five goals in 25 appearances for Academica in the league, which persuaded Benfica chiefs to sign him on November 28, 2016.
The Portuguese midfielder, though, was immediately sent on loan to Tondela, where he scored four goals in 45 appearances for the club. In 2018 Pedro Nuno moved to Moreirense, and he has been playing for Os verdes e brancos ever since. He made his Primeira Liga debut with Moreirense on August 11, 2019, in a 3-1 away loss to Sporting Braga.
Pedro Nuno was born in Buarcos, Portugal, on January 13, 1995, and he wears the number 27 jersey at Moreirense. His primary position is left winger, but he is used as both second striker and attacking midfielder. Pedro Nuno has yet to make his debut with the Portugal senior team.

Based in Portimao, Portimonense is a Portuguese football club that play home games at Estadio Municipal in Algarve. The capacity of the stadium that was opened in 1937 is 9,544. Portimonense welcome their rivals in black and white shirts and black shirts, whilst yellow is dominant colour of their away kit.
The black and whites finished the 1984/1985 Primeira Liga campaign in 5th position in the standings and, as a result, booked their place in the UEFA Cup.
