Our prediction for this Portugal Primeira Liga match:
All eyes will be on Estadio Municipal de Braga when Sporting Braga and Famalicao face each other on Matchday 10. Braga desperately needed a win against Santa Clara, and they managed to get one, but they failed to impress in a 2-0 loss to Boavista in midweek. Since the Minhotos aim to move a little closer to the Europa League berth in the Primeira Liga standings, we are positive that they will adopt an attack-minded approach against Famalicao.
The newcomers made a flying start to the season, with the team sitting in third position in the table ahead of the trip to Braga. Famalicao quickly bounced back from a 3-0 loss to Porto, with the team beating Gil Vicente 2-1 in front of home fans, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry against Braga. The Minhotos are a real force to be reckoned with at home, and given their fine form, home win should be considered.
