Our prediction for this Premier League match:
After dropping two points in a 2-2 draw with Bournemouth, Aston Villa will be aiming to return to winning ways in the Premier League when they take on Manchester City on Wednesday evening. The Villans want to keep their 100% record at home intact and they are surely capable of making life difficult for the struggling title holders. The good news for the hosts is that midfielder Boubacar Kamara is banned for the match, while all Bertrand Traore, Kortney Hause, Tyrone Mings, and Emiliano Buendia remain on the sidelines with injuries.
The Citizens, on the other hand, have drawn each of their last three league matches and given their difficulties at the back, away win should not be considered. Following a thrilling 3-3 draw with Tottenham, Pep Guardiola’s troops are likely to stick to their attacking style of play and, taking everything into account, over 2.5 goals betting option should be considered. Both Mateo Kovacic and Nathan Ake are pushing for a start, while Jack Grealish serves a one-game ban due to the accumulation of yellow cards. Rodri is banned for the midweek clash as well.
Highlighted Player (Diego Carlos):
Diego Carlos Santos Silva is a Brazilian footballer who plays for Nantes as a defender. His main position is centre-back and his preferred foot is right. It has to be noted, though, that he played for Porto B (on loan) in the 2014/2015 season.
Diego Carlos moved to French club Nantes in the summer of 2016 and you should bear in mind that he quickly established himself as a first-team regular with les Canaris. The Brazilian footballer scored two goals in 34 appearances for Nantes in the 2016/2017 Ligue 1 campaign. His contract with the Ligue 1 side expires on June 20, 2021.
