Our prediction for this Premier League match:
After sharing the spoils with WBA in the relegation six-pointer at the weekend, Fulham will be looking to keep their survival hopes alive when they take on Manchester City on Wednesday evening. The Cottagers are eyeing their first league win since November 30, 2020 when they defeated the Foxes on the road, and, no doubt, they are capable of matching Brendan Rodgers’ troops on home soil.
Both Cairney and Kongolo remain on the sidelined with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team. Leicester City, on the other hand, will be without top scorer Jamie Vardy in the midweek clash. Since Nigeria international Wilfried Ndidi is sidelined with injury as well, we are tempted to put our money on the underdogs. The Foxes failed to impress in a 3-1 loss to Leeds at the weekend, which is yet another reason why home win should be considered.
