Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
Saturday’s football game at Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes pits together Granada and Deportivo Alaves, the two teams who sit in the middle of the La Liga table ahead of Matchday 16. Los Granadinos made a flying start to the season, but their current form is anything but good. The Andalusians are on a five-game winless run in the national championship, with the team failing to find the net in two of their last three league fixtures.
Despite producing a fine display against Real Madrid, Deportivo Alaves suffered a 2-1 loss to los Blancos at the weekend. However, given Granada’s poor form, we predict that the Basque outfit are going to grab something from Saturday’s clash. A close encounter is on the cards, and we predict that the two teams are going to share the spoils at Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes.

Highlighted Player (Roberto Soldado):

Roberto Soldado is regarded as one of the most famous footballers in the history of Villarreal. The meaning of his surname in Spanish is “the warrior” and it has to be noted that he began his football career at Real Madrid, playing from the B team between 2002 and 2006. The pacey attacker made 16 appearances and scored two goals for the first team, but he was producing the best performances of his career during his three-year spell at Valencia.
Soldado scored 59 goals in 101 appearances for los Che, but in 2013 he signed a deal with Tottenham Hotspur for a fee of £26 million. The Spanish attacker, who was born on 27 May, 1985 in Valencia, scored for the Spurs on his debut in a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace, but he netted the goal from the penalty spot.
Soldado failed to impress in the 2014/2015 Premier League campaign with Tottenham and, as a result, he was sold to Villarreal on 14 August, 2015. Speaking of his international career, the Villarreal attacker made his Spain debut in June, 2007 against Latvia.
Highlighted Team (Alaves):

Alaves is a Spanish football club located in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Alava. The club were founded in 1921 and they play their home games at Estadio Mendizorrotza. The capacity of the stadium is 19,840 and it has to be noted that it is the third oldest stadium in Spanish football. After spending several years in the Spanish Segunda Division, los Babazorros returned to the top flight in 2016.
The color of Alaves’ home kit is blue and white and the club’s local rivals are fellow Basque sides Real Sociedad, Athletic Club, Osasuna and Eibar. Alaves made it to the UEFA CUP final in 2001, but they were beaten by Liverpool 5-4 in a thrilling football clash. Anyhow, that is still regarded as the club’s biggest success. Los Babazorros booked their place in the Copa del Rey quarter-finals on four occasions and they have yet to win the Primera Division trophy.
