Las Palmas and Girona take on each other at Estadio de Gran Canaria in what is expected to be an interesting La Liga game. La Union Deportiva have been slipping down the standings week by week and given their five-game losing run in Primera Division, home win should not be considered. Important attacker Sandro Ramirez is widely expected to return to the starting XI, while defender Julian Araujo remains in the treatment room. Both Saul Coco and Marvin are back from suspension.
The Catalans, on the other hand, faced no difficulties in a 4-1 win over Cadiz, with the team cementing their spot in top four. As Girona are eager to seal their place in the Champions League, we predict that they are going to take advantage of Las Palmas’ shaky defence. Barring any fresh injury worries, Michel is unlikely to make changes to the team that defeated the Yellow Submarine.
