Saturday’s football game at Estadio El Sadar pits together Osasuna and Rayo Vallecano, the two teams who defeated Mallorca and Cadiz respectively at the weekend. Los Rojillos came from behind to beat Mallorca on the road, with Javier Martinez scoring a late winner. All Jesus Areso, Aridane Hernandez, and Enrique Barja are sidelined with injuries, while the game comes too early for Croatia attacker Ante Budimir.
Los Vallecanos have been impressive in La Liga ever since Radamel Falcao joined the club. Rayo are eyeing their fourth consecutive league win, but beating Osasuna in Pamplona is easier said than done. A close encounter is on the cards at Estadio El Sadar, and we are tempted to put our money on draw. Both Ariel Saveljich and Martin Marquelanz are out of contention with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the away team.

After scoring 23 goals in 132 appearances for Osasuna B, Roberto Torres made his first-team debut on 11 December 2011. He came as a substitute in a 1-1 draw with Malaga, but he played no more than two league games for los Rojillos in the 2011/2012 La Liga campaign. However, he was making progress year by year and he made 42 appearances for Osasuna in the 2015/2016 Segunda Division campaign.
Roberto Torres is one of the players who helped the team secure promotion to Primera Division and it has to be noted that the midfielder scored 12 goals in the 2015/2016 season.
Roberto Torres’ contract with Osasuna expires in 2018. The 178-cm-tall player was born in Pamplona, on 7 March, 1989. His main position is attacking midfielder, but he is capable of playing as a central midfielder as well. He scored his first goal in Primera Division in a 2-4 loss to Real Madrid in the 2012/2013 campaign.

Rayo Vallecano is a Spanish football club from the Valleas neighbourhood in Madrid and are founded in the year 1924. The club is playing in the Primera Division since 2011 after being in active in the lower divisions for a longer period of time. Rayo Vallecano currently plays it’s home games in the Teresa Rivero Stadium which is also known as the Nuevo Vallecas stadium and holds a capacity of 15 500 seats. The Nuevo Vallecas stadium is one of the smallest ones in the Primera Division. The club colors of Rayo Vallecano are white and red and is also known as Los Vallecanos. Rayo Vallecano is known for it’s ultra’s which are radical left winged political sided.
In the clubs history Rayo Vallecano never won any big prizes. The biggest achievement was in 2000 when the club qualified for the UEFA Cup after winning the Fair Play spot. Rayo Vallecano was one of the biggest surprises in Europe that season and even managed to get to the quarter finals where Rayo got eliminated by Deportivo Alaves.
