Alcorcon will look to make amends for back-to-back defeats to Almeria and Real Valladolid when they host Real Sociedad B to their Estadio Municipal de Santo Domingo. Alcorcon sit in the ultimate position in the standings, and, no doubt, they are desperate to grab something from the match. Head coach Jorge Romero could opt to make changes to the starting XI, with all Juanma Bravo, Cordoba, Asencio, and Arribas pushing for a start.
The Basque outfit, on the other hand, made a promising start to the season, but they do not seem to be at their sharpest ahead of the trip to Alcorcon. Born in Accra, Ghana on July 10, 1992, Richard Boateng is a midfielder who plays for Alcorcon in Segunda Division. Boateng is a product of Liberty Babies football academy, with the Ghanaian starting his senior career at Liberty Professionals. In 2010 he moved to Spain, signing a deal with Granada.
During his spell with the Andalusian outfit, he mainly played for Granada B, but he spent a couple of years at loan at Cadiz B and San Roque as well. Richard Boateng made only one appearance for the Granada senior team in the league.
The Ghana international played for the likes of Aris Limassol, Extremadura, Melilla, and Oviedo as well before joining Alcorcon in 2019. His primary position is central midfielder, but he is used as an attacking midfielder as well. His preferred foot is right, and his contract with Alcorcon should expire in June 2021.
