Saturday’s football game at Power Horse Stadium pits together Almeria and Levante, the two promotion-chasing sides. Almeria have a chance to climb to the playoffs berth, but they will have a big fish to fry against Levante. All Bruno Langa, Dion Lopy, and Marko Perovic are back from the international duty, while the likes of Baba, Chumi, Fettal, and Leo Baptistao miss out with injuries.
Los Levantinos, on the other hand, are eyeing their sixth consecutive win in the Spanish second tier. Almeria, though, are tough to beat in Andalusia and we do not believe that the visitors are capable of grabbing more than one point from the Segunda Division derby. A man to keep an eye on in the away team will be Ivan Romero, who has been scoring goals for fun of late, while Georgian midfielder Giorgi Kochorashvili is back from suspension.

UD Almeria is a Spanish club based in the autonomous community of Andalusia. Los Rojiblancos are one of the newer additions to the Spanish football system, with the club being founded on July 26, 1989.
Almeria suffered relegation to Segunda Division in the 2014/15 season, and they have been competing in the Spanish second tier ever since. Los Rojiblancos are well known for their white shirts with red stripes, while blue is the dominant colour of their away jersey. Sofiane Feghouli, Felipe Melo, Diego Alves, Veljko Paunovic, Aleix Vidal, Alvaro Negredo, Tomer Hemed, and Mate Bilic are some notable footballers who played for Almeria in the past. Fellow Andalusian clubs Sevilla, Malaga, and Granada are considered the club’s fiercest rivals.
