Racing Santander
Cordoba will be aiming to build on a 2-1 win over Castellon when they take on Racing Santander in the La Liga 2 round 2. The Andalusians quickly bounced back from a 3-0 loss to Almeria, with the team regaining a much-needed confidence, but they need to keep on winning if they are to rejoin the playoffs race. Midfielder Alberto del Moral is pushing for a rare start, while defender Matias Barboza is a major doubt and will be assessed ahead of the kick-off.
Santander, on the other hand, rolled over Racing Ferrol 6-0 at the weekend and they are likely to stick to their attacking style of play. Given Cordoba’s attacking potential at home, we believe that there is a big value in betting on both teams to score. The good news for the away team is that forward Inigo Vicente is back from suspension.
