Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Cagliari and Atalanta face each other in a highly-anticipated clash at Sardegna Arena on Sunday evening. Cagliari are undefeated in the previous three league fixtures, and thanks to their recent performances they revived their Europa League hopes. The Sardinians are likely to stick to their attacking style of play, and given Atalanta’s shaky defence, we predict that they are going to find the net in Sunday’s showdown.
Defender Luca Ceppitelli, who picked up a knock in a 1-1 draw with Bologna, is unlikely to feature against Atalanta. The Orobici, on the other hand, did well to beat Napoli 2-0 in Bergamo, with the team extending their winning run in the Serie A to seven games. Seeing that Atalanta have been impressive in front of goal of late, we believe that both teams are going to find the net in the Sardegna Arena clash.
