Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Genoa will look to recover from a 1-0 loss to Juventus when they host Udinese to their Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris on Matchday 31. The Rossoblu are a real force to be reckoned with at home, with the team winning four of their last five games on home soil. However, the Zebrette should not be written off just yet. Defender Aaron Martin is back from suspension, while controversial striker Mario Balotelli remains in the treatment room.
Udinese, on the other hand, aim to bounce back from back-to-back defeats to Verona and Inter. The Zebrette have suffered a dip in form and given Genoa’s fine home record in the 2024/2025 Serie A campaign, we predict that the visitors are going to return to Udine with their hands empty. Attacking midfielder Florian Thauvin remains doubtful for the visiting side, while goalkeeper Razvan Sava continues to miss out with injury.
