Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Inter will be aiming to retain top position in the Serie A standings when they take on Bologna on Matchday 8. The Nerazzurri quickly bounced back from a 2-1 loss to Sassuolo, with the team rolling over Salernitana 4-0 thanks to Lautaro Martinez’s poker of goals. The Argentina superstar returns to the starting XI, while all Davide Frattesi, Marko Arnautovic, and Stefano Sensi continue to miss out with injuries.
The Rossoblu, on the other hand, recorded a routine 3-0 win over Empoli at the weekend, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza. In each of the previous two meetings between the two sides in Milano Bologna conceded six goals (1-6, 1-6), which is probably the main reason why we are going to bet on the title hopefuls. The likes of Jhon Lucumi, Stefan Posch, and Adama Soumaoro are out of contention through injuries for the visiting team.
Highlighted Player (Hakan Calhanoglu):
Hakan Calhanoglu is another one in the long line of Turkish footballers who were born in Germany, so it is hardly surprising he came to prominence thanks to his performances in Bundesliga. The attacking midfielder with great vision and very good goalscoring record started his professional career at Karlsruher, scoring impressive 17 goals in 50 league outings to earn a move to Bundesliga side Hamburg.
The spell at Imtech Arena was merely a stepping stone for bigger things as 11 goals in his debut top flight campaign persuaded Bayer Leverkusen to splash nearly €15 million on his services. That proved a very good investment as Calhanoglu continued the rich vein of form, and it is now a matter of time before he joins one of European powerhouses.
The midfield maestro had a bright start to his career in the Turkey national team, scoring 5 goals in first 16 caps, and chances are he will become a leader for Milli Takim in the foreseeable future.
Highlighted Team (Bologna):

The stadium is named after their former chairman. The club plays its home games in the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara since 1927.
The club colors of Bologna are blue and red and is one of the most successful football clubs in Italy winning the Serie A 7times and the Coppa Italia 2 times in the clubs history. Lately Bologna is not performing like their glory times anymore. The club is often relegated to the Serie B but manages to get back to the Serie A on and off. Another important person in the club is Joey Saputo, Canadian but with Italian roots, which is owner of Bologna.
