The Biancocelesti aim to bounce back from a heavy loss to Napoli, and a win over Milan will see them move one step closer to booking their place in the Europa League. After spending the 2011/2012 season at the club, Manuel Lazzarri joined Giacomense in the summer of 2012 and it has to be noted that he made 24 appearances in the league for the club. At the end of the 2012/2013 season the 174-cm-tall footballer moved to SPAL and he quickly established himself as a first-team regular at the club.
