Our prediction for this Europa Conference League match:
Debrecen play host to Alashkert at their Nagyerdei Stadion in what is expected one of the most entertaining fixtures of Thursday’s program. With the Hungarians aiming to seal their spot in the Conference League third qualifying round, they are likely to rely on their solid defence to defend their one-goal lead. Janos Ferenczi limped off with injury in the first leg, with fellow defender Oleksandr Romanchuk likely to replace him in the starting XI.
The Armenians, on the other hand, failed to impress in the first leg and given their poor display in a 2-0 loss to Pyunik Yerevan in the national championship, anything but a routine home victory would be a big shock. As for the visiting team, experienced Russia defender Vitaliy Ustinov is widely expected to return to the starting XI as well as Venezuela midfielder Flores Robinson.
