Saturday’s football game at Kassam Stadium pits together Oxford United and Peterborough United, the two teams with entirely different ambitions in the 2022/2023 season. The relegation-threatened Yellows desperately needed a win against Exeter, and they managed to get one in style, with the team putting an end to their five-game winless run. All Wildschut, Baldock, Murphy, and Bate continue to miss out with injuries for the home side.
The Posh, on the other hand, are eyeing promotion the Championship, but their display in a 3-1 loss to Wycombe is not giving fans a reason for optimism. Since Peterborough have been struggling on the travels this term (2-0-5), we are tempted to put our money on the home side. Talented forward Ricky-Jade Jones remains on the sidelines with injury, speaking of the visiting team.

Yanic-Sonny Wildschut is a Dutch football player who was born in Amsterdam on 1 November, 1991. He was part of Ajax academy during his youth career and he made his senior debut for Zwolle in the Jupiler League. After playing 33 matches for Zwolle, the pacey winger joined VVV-Venlo on 29 June, 2011 and in 2013 he moved to Heerenveen.
He was soon sent on loan to ADO Den Haag and after making seven appearances for the club, he joined English side Middlesbrough on 1 September, 2014. Wildschut scored his first goal for the Boro in a 3-0 victory over Rotherham on 1 November, 2014. However, he played just 12 games for Middlesbrough in the Championship.
On 2 October, 2015 he was sent on loan to Wigan Athletic and three months later he signed a permanent deal with the Latics. You should have in mind that Yanic has 10 caps for Netherlands U21 team. Wildschut is a winger, but he is capable of playing as a centre forward as well.

Founded in 1934, Peterborough United are a professional club that competes in the League One. The Posh play their home games at London Road Stadium, the venue with the capacity of 15,314. Peterborough’s home colour is blue, whilst the colour of their away kit is blue. The Posh have the third kit as well where yellow and black are the dominant colours.
Peterborough United’s biggest success came in the 1964/1965 when the club booked their place in the FA Cup quarter-finals. Chelsea, though, proved to be a big catch for the Posh, beating them 5-1 in London. It has to be noted that Peterborough United made it to the Football League Cup semis in the 1965/1966 season, with the team losing to WBA in the two-legged tie.
