Our prediction for this League 2 match:
Harrogate Town will look to give fans some cheer when they take on Notts County in their last home game of the season. The Sulphurites aim to build on a 3-1 win over Fleetwood Town, but they face a tough challenge against the playoffs-chasing Magpies. Tom Cursons is expected to return to the starting XI after scoring as a substitute against the Cod Army, while both Levi Sutton and Thomas Hill are out of contention with injuries.
Notts County, on the other hand, have suffered a dip in form, with the team losing three of their last four league games. Nonetheless, it has to be noted that they failed to turn their dominance into victory in a 2-1 loss to Cheltenham Town. Anyhow, the visitors should be happy with one point from Saturday’s clash as they are three points clear of 8th-place Colchester. Kellan Gordon is rated doubtful for the away team after picking up a knock against Cheltenham.
