Our prediction for this Portugal Primeira Liga match:
After cruising past TSC in the Champions League third qualifying round, Braga will look to record their first league win when they face Chaves at Estadio Municipal on Saturday. The Reds suffered a shocking 2-1 loss to Famalicao in their season curtain-raiser, but their performance in the 4-1 crushing of TSC is surely giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of the to the north. To make things even better for the visiting side, boss Artur Jorge has a full squad at disposal.
Chaves, meanwhile, failed to impress in a 2-0 loss to Rio Ave and they face yet another uphill challenge against Braga. In their last meeting at the venue Braga defeated Chaves 2-1 and we predict that history is going to repeat itself. Midfielder Bruno Langa is banned for the match, but he should be the only absentee in the home team this time out.
