Our prediction for this Premier League match:
All eyes will be on Etihad Stadium when Manchester City and Liverpool face each other in the Premier League derby. Man City are eager to regain the domestic trophy, and, following a slow start to the season, they have been showing signs of improvement of late. The Citizens aim to build on a hard-fought 1-0 win over Sheffield United, and they should take advantage of Liverpool’s anything but splendid form. The Reds did defeat West Ham 2-1 at the weekend, but injured centre-back Virgil van Dijk was sorely missed in the Anfield clash.
Jurgen Klopp’s troops have yet to find their best form in the 2020/21 season, which is probably the main reason why we are tempted to put our money on the star-studded hosts. Kun Aguero remains in the recovery room, but fellow attacker Gabriel Jesus could recover in time to face the Reds. Liverpool, on the other hand, should welcome Matip, Thiago, and Keita back to the squad, while Fabinho, Chamberlain, and aforementioned Van Dijk are definitely out of contention.

Highlighted Player (Raheem Sterling):

Raheem Sterling is an English professional footballer plays for Manchester City in the Premier League. The winger who is known for his lightning pace and dribbling ability started his youth career as a five-year-old playing for Alpha and Omega. In 2003, he joined QPR's youth academy and spent seven years with them before signing for Liverpool in 2010.
At Liverpool, Sterling made his professional debut, coming on as a substitute in a league match against Wigan Athletic on the 24th of March, 2012. He went on to make over 120 appearances in all competitions for the Reds, scoring 23 goals and providing 25 assists in the process. In August 2015, Sterling joined Manchester City on a transfer worth 49 million pounds, which made the most expensive English footballer at the time.
Since signing for the Citizens, Sterling has enjoyed a trophy-laden career winning every English domestic trophy available and has molded himself into one of the best players in the league. Sterling, who was born in Kingston, Jamaica, holds both the English and Jamaican citizenship but chose to represent England at the International stage. The 24-year-old has capped at every youth level and won his first cap for the senior team on the 14th of November, 2012. He has since featured 53 times for the Three Lions.
Highlighted Team (Liverpool):

Founded back in 1892, Liverpool are one of England’s and world’s most famous clubs. The Reds hold a high-profile rivalry with Everton and there have always been fireworks when the two teams take on each other in the Merseyside derby.
The Reds welcome their opponents at Anfield and it has to be noted that they have already won 18 first division trophies. Liverpool were on the verge of lifting the 2014/2015 Premier League trophy, but Steven Gerrard slipped in the decider against Chelsea and left the Reds without a title.
Liverpool won one of their last Champions League trophy's in 2005, with the team coming from three goals behind to beat Milan in a historic clash in Istanbul. The Reds have clinched six European Cups and it is no surprise they are regarded as one of the greatest European clubs.
The likes of Steven Gerrard, Robbie Fowler, Paul Ince, Ian Rush, Graeme Souness, Sami Hyypia and Luis Suarez are some of the most notable footballers to have represented the club over the years. The club’s anthem is You’ll Never Walk Alone and their shirt colour is red.
