Tottenham
St. Mary’s Stadium will be packed when Southampton and Tottenham lock horns in the Premier League round 16 on Sunday evening. The Saints failed to spoil Aston Villa’s party at Villa Park and they face yet another uphill task against Spurs. Both Adam Lallana and Jan Bednarek are rated doubtful for the home team.
The capital club, on the other hand, were beaten by Chelsea in the local derby, but their display in the 4-3 loss was anything but poor. Tottenham are more of a team than Southampton and seeing that Ange Postecoglou can count on key players for Sunday’s clash, we are tempted to put our money on the visiting team. The good news for the visitors is that important defender Cristian Romero has overcome his minor injury, but defensive midfielder Yves Bissouma is banned for the match. Brazil striker Richarlison continues to miss out with a hamstring problem.
Highlighted Player (Heung-min Son):
Over the years Son Heung-Min has established himself as one of the best Asian footballers. Son is a Tottenham Hotspur first-team regular and he played a very important role in Mauro Pochettino’s team in the 2017/2018 Premier League campaign, scoring 12 goals, while making 37 appearances in the process.
The South Korean footballer, who is well known for his speed and a very powerful shot, was born in Chuncheo on 8 July 1992 and he began his youth career at FC Seoul. In 2008 he moved to Hamburger SV, but he made his senior debut for the Bundesliga club two years later. In 2013 he signed a deal with fellow German side Bayer Leverkusen and he scored 21 goals in 62 appearances in the Bundesliga for the BayArena outfit.
In 2015 he signed a five-year contract with Spurs for a fee of £22 million. Son Heung-min made his South Korea debut in a friendly against Syria in 2010.

Southampton are an English football club that have been playing their home games at St Mary's Stadium since 2001. The Saints were based at The Dell in the past and the capacity of Southampton’s new stadium is 32,505. Southampton wear red and white striped shirts and the colour of the team’s away kit is navy and green.
The Saints have yet to win the Premier League trophy, but they did well to clinch the FA Cup title back in 1976, while participating in the final of the prestigious competition in 1900, 1902 and 2003. Southampton outplayed Manchester United in the 1976 FA Cup final and that is probably the club’s greatest victory ever.
