Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
Estadio El Sadar will host Friday’s Basque derby between Osasuna and Real Sociedad, the two teams who are eyeing spots in European competitions. Los Rojillos aim to build on back-to-back wins over Real Betis and Cadiz, but this game will be anything but a walk in the park for the home side. Morocco forward Abde Ezzalzouli misses out through suspension, while Darko Brasanac is out for the rest of the season. David Garcia will be assessed ahead of the kick-off.
La Real, on the other hand, are eager to stay in the Champions League berth. Real Sociedad are more of a team than Osasuna, but beating los Rojillos in Pamplona is easier said than done. Taking everything into account, we believe that both sides should be happy with one point from the match. All Diego Rico Salguero, Umar Sadiq, and Martin Merquelanz remain on the sidelines with injuries.
