Our prediction for this Segunda Division match:
Lugo will be aiming to bounce back from a heavy 6-1 loss to Las Palmas when they take on Malaga in the La Liga 2 round 33. Lugo suffered a dip in form, and, as a result, their Segunda Division status is in danger. The hosts are desperate to return to winning ways, but keep in mind that they experienced all sorts of problems at the back in the midweek defeat.
Malaga, on the other hand, suffered a heavy 3-0 loss to Almeria in the Andalusian derby. Los Boquerones, though, aim to keep their playoffs hopes alive, and we predict that they will take advantage of Lugo’s shaky defence. Both Escassi and Samperio are pushing for a start for the visiting team. It has to be noted that the Andalusian outfit have recorded seven wins on the road so far this season.
