Our prediction for this Serie B match:
Stadio Benito Stirpe will host Saturday’s football game between Frosinone and Perugia, the two teams with entirely different ambitions in the 2022/2023 Serie B campaign. Frosinone are eyeing automatic promotion to the Serie A, while Perugia’s main goal is to avoid relegation to the Serie C. The Canarini managed to find their best form in October, and they are on a five-game winning run ahead of the visit of Perugia. With no fresh injury concerns to report, Fabio Grosso is unlikely to make changes to the team that defeated Cosenza at the weekend.
The visitors, on the other hand, are stuck at the bottom with only seven points in their pocket. The rock-bottom side failed to impress in a 2-0 loss to Cittadella, and given Frosinone’s splendid form, anything but a routine home triumph would be a big surprise. Edoardo Iannoni misses out through suspension, while both Aleandro Rosi and Gabriele Angella are sidelined with injuries.
