Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Sunday’s football match at Gewiss Stadium pits together Atalanta and Genoa, the two teams with entirely different ambitions in the 2020/21 Serie A season. The Orobici are eyeing a place in the Champions League, and their current form is surely giving fans a reason for optimism. Atalanta kicked off 2021 with a 5-1 crushing of Sassuolo, with the team beating both Parma and Atalanta in the following two league fixtures.
Even though Papu Gomez has been left out of the squad, the Black and Blues look sharp in front of goal, and we are positive that they will extend their winning run to four games on Sunday. The Rossoblu did well to beat Bologna 2-0 at home, but seeing that they are not regarded as good travellers, anything but a routine home win would be a major surprise. Edoardo Goldaniga is back from suspension for the visitors.
