Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Buoyed by a 6-1 win over Verona, Atalanta will look to give fans yet another reason to celebrate when they take on Monza in the Serie A round 10. The Orobici rolled over the Mastini at the weekend and they are likely to stick to their attacking style of play. A man to watch in the home team will be Ademola Lookman, who scored a brace at the weekend and added two assists, while all Scalvini, Scamacca, Brescianini, and Kossounou remain in the recovery room.
The Biancorossi, on the other hand, have been performing below expectations this term, with the team sitting in the danger zone. Given Atalanta’s excellent form in the Italian top flight, we predict that the visitors are going to return home with their hands empty. In their last encounter in Bergamo Atalanta recorded a routine 3-0 win over Monza and we predict that history is going to repeat itself. To make things even worse, midfielder Warren Bondo is banned for the visiting side.
