Roma will be looking to build on a hard-fought 1-0 win over Sampdoria when they take on Crotone at Stadio Ezio Scida on Matchday 16. The Giallorossi did well to turn their dominance into victory at the weekend, with Edin Dzeko breaking the deadlock. The capital club aim to stay in the race for Scudetto, and we are positive that they will stick to their attacking style of play against Crotone.
Even though experienced winger Pedro remains in the recovery room, we believe that away win should be considered. The Rossoblu, on the other hand, experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 4-1 home loss to Napoli, with the team remaining in the ultimate position in the Serie A standings. Alex Cordaz is an Italian goalkeeper who plays for Crotone, who returned to the Serie A at the end of the 2015/2016 season. Cordaz was born in Vittorio Veneto on 1 January 1983 and he started his youth career at Inter. He played one game for the Nerazzurri in the Serie A and in 2006 he joined Treviso.
After making 18 league appearances for the club from 2006 to 2009, he joined with Swiss side Lugano on a free transfer. The 188-cm-tall goalkeeper played 56 league games for Lugano and in 2011 he returned to Italy as he signed a contract with Cittadella. As expected, he established himself as a first-choice goalkeeper and he made no less than 80 league appearances for the club between 2011 and 2013.
Alex Cordaz currently plays for Crotone and it has to be noted that he made 42 appearances for the club in the 2015/2016 Serie B campaign.
