Our prediction for this Bundesliga 2 match:
Regensburg and Hamburger, the two teams who sit in the opposite halves of the table, face each other at Jahnstadion Regensburg in what is expected to be a very exciting 2. Bundesliga game. Mersad Selimbegovic’s men have put themselves in a very difficult situation, with the team sitting in 14th place in the standings, only six points clear of the relegation zone. Regensburg are eager to make amends for back-to-back defeats to Hannover and Heidenheim, and, no doubt, they would be happy with one point from Sunday’s clash.
HSV, on the other hand, are eager to retain their spot in top three. The visitors failed to impress in back-to-back defeats to Darmstadt and Sandhausen, but they are surely capable of beating the relegation strugglers behind closed doors. Even though Gambia international Bakey Jatta is sidelined with injury, away win should be considered as HSV are more of a team than Regensburg.
