Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Augsburg will try to bounce back from a 3-1 loss to Eintracht Frankfurt when they take on Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga round 31. The Bavarians have been producing fine performances at home of late, with the team winning three of their last four home fixtures and, as a result, the bookies see them as favourites to beat die Werderaner in front of home fans. All Fredrik Jensen, Iago, Elvis Rexhbecaj, Robert Gumny, Reece Oxford, and Raphael Framberger are sidelined with injuries for the home side.
Werder Bremen, on the other hand, quickly recovered from a massive 5-0 loss at Bayer Leverkusen, with the team beating Stuttgart 2-1 at Weserstadion at the weekend. Ole Werner’s troops, though, are not regarded as good travellers and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling Augsburg’s party at WWK Arena. Both Justin Njinmah and Isak Hansen-Aaroen are major doubts, while the likes of Skelly Alvero, Jiri Pavlenka, and Amos Pieper remain on the sidelines with injuries.
