Our prediction for this Netherlands Eredivisie match:
After rolling over Venlo 4-0 in the last game of the regular season, Emmen will be looking to move one step closer to securing the Eredivisie survival when they host Breda at their De Oude Meerdijk. Dick Lukkien’s troops have been scoring goals for fun of late, and they are likely to stick to their attacking style of play against Breda. Since Luciano Carty is the only absentee in the home team, we believe that punters can find value in betting on the Eredivisie outfit.
Breda, on the other hand, set up a meeting with Emmen by beating Volendam 4-1 in the Eredivisie playoffs quarter-finals. Maurice Steijn’s charges impressed in the clash against the fellow Eerste Divisie side, but given their shaky defence, home win should be considered this time out. In their last meeting at the venue Emmen defeated Breda 2-0, and we predict that the history is going to repeat itself.
