Arminia Bielefeld
After suffering a heart-breaking loss to Augsburg in the Bavarian derby, Bayern Munchen will not have a better chance than this to return to winning ways as they welcome Arminia Bielefeld to their Allianz Arena. Julian Nagelsmann’s troops are leading the chase for the Bundesliga trophy, but Borussia Dortmund are breathing down their neck. Since the title holders are desperate to make amends for the shocking loss to Augsburg, we are positive that they will go all guns blazing at Arminia.
All Eric Choupo-Moting, Jamal Musiala, Serge Gnabry, and Joshua Kimmich have been tested positive for coronavirus, while Marcel Sabitzer should miss out with injury. Die Arminien, on the other hand, remained in the relegation zone despite sharing the spoils with Wolfsburg, and seeing that Bayern Munchen are a real force to be reckoned with at home, the visitors are unlikely to grab something from Saturday’s clash. Forward Florian Kruger should be the only absentee in the away team.

After scoring 36 goals in 59 league games for Znicz Pruskow, Robert Lewandowski joined Lech Poznan in June, 2008. The 184-cm-tall attacker scored 18 goals in 28 appearances for the club in the 2009/2010 Ekstraklasa campaign and during the season he was on Borussia Dortmund’s radar.
The Polish forward signed a four-year deal with the Bundesliga side in June, 2010 and he quickly established himself as the team’s key attacker. Lewandowski was producing excellent performances with the Millionaires between 2010 and 2014 and it has to be noted that he won two Bundesliga trophies with the club (2010/2011, 2011/2012). He participated in the 2012/2013 Champions League final with Borussia Dortmund, but the Millionaires were beaten by fellow Bundesliga side Bayern Munich in the title game.
However, he betrayed Borussia Dortmund fans in 2014 as he signed a four-year deal with the Bundesliga giants. Lewandowski impressed in the 2016/2017 Bundesliga campaign as he scored 30 goals in 32 league games for Pep Guardiola’s troops. The Polish footballer represented his homeland at Euro 2016 in France and he scored one goal at the showpiece tournament in France.

Arminia Bielefeld is a German club founded on May 3, 1905. Die Arminen play home games at Bielefelder Alm. The venue was built in 1926, and it can hold up to 26,515 spectators. Arminia Bielefeld have yet to win the Bundesliga trophy, but they did well to lift the West German Cup title on two occasions (1966, 1974).
Back in 1922 they won the Western German football championship, with the team repeating the success the following year. Arminia Bielefeld wear dark blue shirts when playing at home ground, while white is the dominant colour of their away jersey.
